24*7 Smart Customer Call Centre along with FRT system inaugurated in Agartala 

Tripura Power Minister Shri Jishnu Dev Verma on Friday inaugurated 24*7 Smart Customer Care Centre along with the Fault Rectification (FRT) System for Agartala city organised by Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL) at Bidyut Bhaban, Banamalipur.
This call centre will be available to register complaints of about 9 lakh consumers providing 24*7 power cut solution service.

Toll free number 1912 will be available for registering complaints. Equipped with modern machines and trained employees, the customer care team will provide solution services. The call centre has 20 incoming telephone lines for registering complaints and 10 outgoing lines for timely solution and timely reporting of trained personnel.
Apart from the Power Minister, others present in the inauguration programme were Principal Secretary (Power) Shri Shashi Ranjan Kumar, Managing Director (TSECL) Dr. Murhari Sopanrao Kele.
