Pioneer Carbide Pvt Limited recruitment 2021: A reputed Meghalaya based Ferro Alloy Manufacturing Company is looking for an Office Executive-Accounts for its Manufacturing Unit in Byrnihat, Meghalaya. Other details are as follows.


Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Checking all necessary paperwork and documents like RC, Driver’s License, Fitness Certificate of the Vehicles, PUCs, etc. for all the Vehicles for Loading
  • Preparing Sales Invoice and Generation of e-way Bills or GST Dispatch Permit generation
  • Checking the status of Sales Order PO, Tracking, Dispatch Order Receipt and Coordination with Sales Person at Head Office in Guwahati
  • Responsible for maintaining registers of consumption, purchase & sales
  • Responsible for maintaining registers of GST related registers & documents
  • Preparation of Stock Report for the Finished Goods
  • Frame letters for Submission to Government Departments in MS Word &Replies to Letters and Notices from Government Departments
  • To visit Offices/Factories/Sites of Meghalaya, throughout Meghalaya for Liaison work
  • Liaison with government offices of Meghalaya (Electricity Department, Labor Department, Electrical Engineers, Fire Department, Banks/Financial Institutions, other Govt. departments) which includes submissions of application, processing and obtaining assurance / sanction letters, complete the work and obtain release order.

Job Specification/Requirements: –

  • Min 2-4 years of Prior Experience & Knowledge of invoice billing, stock entries, dispatch, e-waybill , sales entry, purchase entry etc. is mandatory
  • Compulsory Prior Work Experience in Tally or SAP or any ERP System
  • Excellent Proficiency in Drafting Letters
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English is solicited
  • Should have excellent communication and negotiation Skills

Experience Required-
